Healing Your Core Wounds
HEALING YOUR CORE WOUNDS
Live Workshop on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 5-6 pm Pacific Time
In my 12 years of private practice as a therapist I realized it doesn’t matter if you are a CEO of a company, stay at home mom, or struggling artist.

It doesn’t matter if you have gone through a divorce, survived abuse, or are trying to get sober, we all struggle with one of three common core wounds and so many of us are living from this place and have no idea how to heal the wound.
The three wounds are worthiness, abandonment, and betrayal.

  • Are you someone that will often get triggered and not even know why?
  • Do you find yourself getting frustrated or angry at others for things or actions that feel out of proportion?
  • Do you even know your core wound?
  • Or you may have a very clear idea of what your core wound is but are you someone that has no idea how to heal it?

I understandI have been there too. I have learned as a therapist, mom, and wife that in order to deal and heal your wounds it comes down to three steps.  I don’t mean to simplify your pain, but it really is quite simple if you are willing to open yourself up, look deeper and have the desire for change.

These steps are:
  • Identifying your core wound
  • Going deeper to heal this core wound
  • Learning tips and tools to use every day in order to live a more free and joyful life.

If you are ready to stop living in your wounds and start living from a place of freedom, lightness, and joy this is the class for you.
"The Healing Your Core Wounds workshop fundamentally shifted how I see myself and other people around me. This training is eye opening, and truly life-changing. Molly gives you the tools to heal yourself, and have compassion for others. Do not miss this workshop!"
